Aerobic Energy - 55 Min. Spa Aerobics Room This energetic aerobics class offers a cardio workout with basic aerobic moves. Aqua Aerobic Energy - 45 Min. Spa Pool A fantastic burning and toning workout using water resistance, which offers a solid cardiovascular workout. Aqua Body Tune-Up - 45 Min. Spa Pool A refreshing water workout targeting all major and minor muscle groups. Body Design - 55 Min. Spa Aerobics Room This non-aerobic workout is designed for muscular endurance and strength. Your physique will be toned and tightened with the use of resistance devices. Beginners Yoga - 55 Min. Spa Aerobics Room This class is designed as an introduction to the gentle, stress relieving exercises of yoga. Beginners to Intermediate Mat Pilates - 55 Min. Spa Aerobics Room Lengthening, stretching and strengthening your muscles the Pilates way is what this class is all about. This fun workout teaches you how to utilize your core for more effective strength exercises. Introduction to Mat Pilates - 55 Min. Spa Aerobics Room Designed for entry-level Pilates students, this class will give you the fundamentals of Pilates, helping you focus on proper form and technique. Iron Yoga - 55 Min. Spa Aerobics Room This class combines yoga and weight training, offering a challenging and relaxing workout. Kaiser Strength Machine Instruction - 30 Min. We offer fitness services and a rotating schedule of daily exercise classes to all Fitness Center members and resort guests as a part of the daily Exclusive Benefits Resort Fee. No matter whether you are beginning a fitness program or looking to fine-tune an existing one, we offer fitness classes and personal training services to guide and motivate you.
Pilates Personal Training - 50 Min./$60 Private sessions are offered to learn Pilates exercises and the theories behind each movement. Pilates is a system of muscle conditioning that combines mental concentration and body control with specific physical movements. The end result is a toned and balanced physique. Integrative Yoga Therapy - 50 Min./$60 Yoga addresses fitness and healing on both the physical and emotional levels. By becoming more aware through breathing, postural movements and guided relaxation, we can challenge ourselves on a deeper level. Yoga is perfect for couples or individuals who simply want to relax, stretch and tone. FitnessAge® Evaluation - 50 Min./$60 What's your FitnessAge? During the course of an interactive 30-minute fitness assessment, our FitnessAge multimedia program takes you through physical tests for the four universally recognized components of fitness: body composition, cardio, flexibility and strength. These clinical measurements are then entered into our FitnessAge computer where scientific algorithms determine how old your body really is. Maybe you're a 40-year-old with a FitnessAge of 28. If not, we can help you get there. Take Home Program - 90 Min./$105 Certified fitness trainers help you begin a fitness regimen or modify your current workout to maximize results. Workouts are customized to meet your fitness goals and include safe warm-up, guided exercise and cool-down stretching schedules. A personalized fitness program to take home with you is included. Fitness Sampler - 140 Min./$160 A combination of the FitnessAge® Evaluation and our Take Home Program, this service will help get you going on a customized fitness regimen. Personal Training Session - 50 Min./$60 Adaptable for guests with beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness levels, this session consists of a warm-up, flexibility training and an overall strength-training workout. Body Composition - $35 Skinfold calipers are used to measure lean body mass and body fat, and the results are used to determine your ideal body composition. Recommendations outline realistic target weight and basic fitness/nutrition principles.
