



Rooms designed to make planning easy
Prior to designing out meeting facilities, we consulted the people who know the most about meetings — meeting planners. The result: Meeting rooms that offer convenient flexibility, state-of-the-art presentation technology and a truly welcoming atmosphere that’s close to guest rooms, yet separate from leisure guest traffic. And one other thing, expansive views of our beautiful surroundings.
Palms Ballroom
With more 9,600 square feet of space, our largest ballroom can be divided up to eight ways. Audiovisual equipment can be mounted on catwalks in the ceiling, freeing up floor space and the reinforced ceiling is so strong, boats have been suspended from it for display. The adjacent foyer provides ideal prefunction space and the Palms Veranda connects directly to two breakout rooms.
Gardens Ballroom
Capable of being sectioned into four rooms, the Gardens Ballroom also features a full-length veranda overlooking the Palms Pool Deck and San Carlos Bay. At just over 3,000 square feet, it can host 300 for a reception or 260 in theater-style seating, and the adjacent foyer is available for a variety prefunction events.
Everglades Ballroom
Situated on the hotel’s second level, this 6,682-square-foot ballroom can be divided into three sections. It’s a popular choice for exhibitors and offers three adjacent breakout rooms and a veranda that overlooks the Everglades Pool Deck and San Carlos Bay.
Caloosa Ballroom
Also on the hotel’s second level the Caloosa Ballroom features more than 3,000 square feet of space that can be divided in half. With a wrap-around veranda and two separate registration desks, it offers great flexibility for meetings and banquets, plus lovely views.
Island Room
Located in our signature Victoria-styled gazebo, this charming room overlooking San Carlos Bay and Sanibel and Captiva Islands is ideal for group hospitality functions. The veranda provides ample space for a cocktail reception, after which guests can move inside for dinner as a spectacular Gulf Coast sunset illuminates the room through expansive windows on seven walls.
Outdoor Gatherings
We are pleased to offer a choice of locations throughout the resort to host special food and beverage events. Specifically created for private outdoor events, the Palms Pool Deck can accommodate up to 700 in a secluded setting that features a shimmering pool with a cascading waterfall, lush landscaping and spectacular sunset and waterscape views.
The hotel’s Everglades Pool Deck and the pool area at Grande Bay are also available to host your event. We’ll be happy to set up your event almost anywhere on the resort and even off-property. With our catering expertise, you can arrange for a private affair in picturesque locations such as the historic Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Winter Estates on the Caloosahatchee River in Fort Myers.
