Sangria Berries sure brings Chef Felix back to his roots. This summertime recipe was inspired by his mother, who would spend hours on their veranda in Spain, sipping on this refreshing Sangria during the sweltering summer months. Chef Felix put his own personal spin to his Mother’s favorite cocktail, and now you can too.
Here’s how to do it:
Sangria Berries Ingredients:
1 pint Strawberry
1 pint Raspberry
1 Pint Blueberry
1 Pint Blackberry
14 oz Merlot Wine
3 oz Raspberry Sauce
2 oz Orange Juice
1 pint Raspberry or strawberry sorbet
1. Mix all ingredients on a mixing bowl
2. On a wine glass Ladle 5 oz berries with some red wine to your liking.
3. Top with scoop of raspberry sorbet.
This recipe serves 6.
