
The 1920’s were in full swing last weekend. The Florida chapter of the March of Dimes held their Signature Chef Auction here at Sanibel Harbour and it was a blast! Dressed in roaring 20’s attire, guests enjoyed appetizers and dinner from Southwest Florida’s finest chefs. Each chef prepared one or two specialties – ranging from appetizers to main courses and desserts – in hopes to outdo one another in competition for the coveted Epicurean and People’s Choice Awards. Following the culinary delight, a live auction was held offering up great prizes including jewelry, vacations, art, and more! All proceeds went to benefit the March of Dimes campaign to fight birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
