for large events. In addition to hosting your wedding ceremony, the Palm Pool Deck can transition seamlessly into the site of a fabulous outdoor reception with views of San Carlos Bay.

Our largest ballroom, located across the skybridge from the hotel, offers flexible configurations
and accommodates over 950 guests for receptions and up to 640 for banquets.
Gardens Ballroom
Also across the skybridge, this handsome room and its veranda overlook the Palm Pool Deck
and San Carlos Bay. This room can host 300 guests for receptions and 190 for banquets.
Caloosa Ballroom
Situated on the hotel’s second level and offering lovely landscape views, this room is similar
in capacity to the Gardens Ballroom, holding 300 guests for receptions and 190 for banquets.
Everglades Ballroom
The perfect choice for medium-sized celebrations, this room easily accommodates up to 600 guests for receptions and 480 for banquets.
Island Room
With windows on six sides and a veranda all the way around the outside, this charming room
in our Victoria-styled gazebo overlooking San Carlos Bay and Sanibel and Captiva Islands offers a unique setting for your wedding event.
Rehearsal Dinners and Bridal Luncheons
Family and wedding party gatherings at Sanibel Harbour can be as formal or relaxed as you wish. Both Tarpon House and Courtside Steakhouse provide welcoming atmospheres and delectable menus for every appetite. We would also be pleased to arrange a poolside event or a cruise on the Sanibel Harbour Princess. A bridal luncheon at the Spa Bistro following a relaxing course of spa treatments creates an especially memorable wedding experience.
